Labs

Numeric results over time — names, values, units, and reference ranges.

Labs lets you record numeric results — CBC components, chemistry, tumor markers (CEA, CA 19-9, PSA, etc.), and anything else your team draws. Each lab has a name, value, unit, optional reference range, the date collected, and free-text notes.

When the same lab is logged repeatedly with the same units, the dashboard and timeline can show you what's changed over time. Reference ranges are stored next to the value so 'in range' or 'out of range' is obvious to whoever reads the record.

Note

Teloma does not interpret labs. A high value isn't flagged as 'concerning' and a low value isn't called a 'problem'. The screen organizes what you typed.
