About Teloma

Teloma is built by NxGen AI Labs and supports all cancer types. It helps patients and caregivers organize records, track how they feel and respond over time, and produce clean summaries to bring to appointments. NSCLC (lung) is used only as an initial demonstration cohort — the platform is cancer-agnostic.

Most cancer software is either patient-facing symptom tracking, clinic-facing documentation, or research-facing oncology data analytics. Teloma connects all three: the patient journey, the clinician summary, and the consented research data pipeline.

Teloma is not a treatment recommender. It does not diagnose, prescribe, dose, or tell anyone what therapy to choose, and it does not replace your oncologist. The research module (Tumor-State Explorer) is research-use-only and always requires expert review.
