Sharing & access
Access & sharing
Grant or revoke a caregiver or clinician by email — and see who currently has access.
Access is where you give a caregiver or clinician permission to see your record. Both are by email; both are revocable.
Caregiver access
Caregivers can be read-only or read/write. A read/write caregiver can log symptoms, upload documents, and edit on your behalf — useful when a partner or family member helps you manage the journey. Grants are tracked as CaregiverAccess rows with a granted_at and an optional revoked_at.
Clinician access
Clinicians get read access. When you grant a clinician by email, they can sign in with that email + the Clinician role and find you in their workspace. Clinician access is always read-only from Teloma's perspective — your team continues to write into their own EHR, not into Teloma.
Note
Every view of your record by a caregiver or clinician is audited. So is every denied access — if someone tries to reach your record without a grant, the denial is logged with the actor's identity.
