Researcher guide

Explore the public data bank and research-only tumor-state tooling. Never identified patient data.

This platform does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or emergency care. If this is an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Scope & safety

Researchers never see identified patient records. Research outputs are research use only and require clinician/scientist review.

Nothing here recommends, ranks, or doses treatments.

Public Cancer Data Bank

Browse cataloged sources (GDC/TCGA, cBioPortal, DepMap, GDSC, DrugComb, CPTAC, IDC, GEO, ClinicalTrials.gov, SEER, and more) with access level, license, and provenance for every entry.

Datasets are organized by cancer type. Controlled-access patient-level data is never mirrored without IRB and data-use agreements.

Tumor-State Explorer & Research Assistant

The Tumor-State Explorer produces a transparent, rule-based profile across tumor-state axes with explainability and an uncertainty score.

The Research Assistant narrates that assessment in plain language using a local model (The Shadow), with strict guardrails and a safe fallback.

De-identified export

Admins can produce Safe-Harbor de-identified exports of consented data for research.
