Getting access
A patient grants you read access by email on their Access page. Sign in with that email and the Clinician role.
Open Clinician to see the patients who granted you access, then open a record.
What you'll see
A read-only view of the patient's diagnosis, current treatment, recent symptoms (severe ones highlighted), labs, imaging, questions, and timeline.
The Clinician Summary restates the patient-entered data for the recent period — it is a patient-generated summary, not a replacement for the medical record, and contains no interpretation or recommendations.
Important
Teloma does not diagnose, recommend treatment, or provide dosing. Use the summary as patient-reported context alongside your own clinical judgment and source records.
