Audit trail
Admin shows the append-only audit log: every view, create, update, delete, export, and access denial across the platform.
Data bank operations
Seed the source registry, run the live connectors (cBioPortal, GDC/TCGA, ClinicalTrials.gov), and review ingestion jobs.
Research exports
Create Safe-Harbor de-identified exports of records from patients who have consented to research use. Only consented patients are included.
