How safety is enforced
- Research-only system prompt — the model is instructed never to recommend, rank, or dose treatments and never to address the patient as a recipient of care.
- Output safety filter — generated text is regex-checked against a list of banned phrasings. If it matches, the generation is rejected.
- Deterministic fallback — when the host is offline or the output is flagged, a templated restatement of the assessment is returned instead.
Safety
Narration is research-use-only and requires clinician/scientist review. It restates a rule-based assessment in prose — it does not generate new findings.
